Welcome to Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles! Founded in 1925 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, Mount Saint Mary’s consists of two beautiful campuses that offer distinct ambiances for any filming or event need. The University & External Events team advances the mission of Mount Saint Mary’s as we manage and produce numerous University events, rentals and filming, and community partner events for both internal and external audiences. Boasting a unique blend of event planning experience, business savvy, and creative insight, our professional events team is ready to help bring your special event, conference, workshop, or meeting to life.

Chalon Campus

High above Los Angeles, in the Santa Monica Mountains, sits our historic Chalon Campus founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet almost a century ago. Featuring striking Spanish Colonial architecture, the setting is unparalleled in Southern California for its serenity and beauty. During the summer months, we offer housing options for groups that would like to stay on campus during their events.
Doheny Campus
Standing Capacity: 350
Nestled into a private, verdant park-like setting just south of downtown Los Angeles, the Doheny Campus opened in 1962 and comprises a number of famed mansions and structures centered on Chester Place, one of the most famous West Adams Historic District addresses. Central to the campus is the Doheny Mansion, a circa-1900 landmark that has appeared in numerous motion pictures and television series throughout the years. Today, the Doheny Mansion is used for events, filming and administration offices. Housing options in and around the Doheny Campus are plentiful for groups wanting to remain on campus during their events.
